I really love how Simona focuses on the conversations that matter. I needed to go to Italy because my aunt passed away, and I had to deal with lawyers and such. In only three months, I was speaking well enough to navigate the Italian legal system! I was super happy with the role-play we did to prepare me for potential encounters, and not to mention, how to order a coffee without sounding like a tourist! I’d definitely recommend Simona.
